Who we are
LATE is a pre-launch referral app for UK adults. Company registration is in progress; this notice will name the registered entity the day it exists. You can reach us at privacy@lateaffiliates.com. ICO registration is pending and will be completed before any personal data beyond the waitlist is processed.
What we collect today
Pre-launch, we hold exactly one dataset: the waitlist. That means your email, an optional first name, an optional how-you-heard answer, an 18+/UK-resident confirmation, and which audience form you used. It is stored in our database. It is never sold and never shared with operators.
What we will collect at launch
At launch the app will require age verification, UK residency, a GAMSTOP self-declaration and per-operator consent records. This notice will be reissued in full before that happens, with a DPIA published alongside it.
Lawful bases
For the waitlist, the lawful basis is consent — you typed your email in. At launch we will rely on contract, legal obligation (LCCP and age verification), and consent for marketing channels under PECR, which is granular, per-operator, and defaulted off.
What we never do
- No selling data.
- No operator access to your contact details.
- No marketing email beyond the launch announcement you asked for.
- No profiling for offer targeting.
- No data leaves the UK or EEA.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk. For everything else, one email to privacy@lateaffiliates.com does the job.
Retention
We keep the waitlist until launch plus six months, or until your deletion request, whichever is sooner.
